Description
An independent project supporting the development of the Lido software protocol is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Lido stETH DeFi / On-chain initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that stETH becomes the most widespread collateral in DeFi, and that stETH is present across all major L2s. You will drive the growth and adoption of stETH in the DeFi space, ensuring they meet the highest standards of utility and integration.
Key Scope
- Drive stETH Adoption in DeFi (restaking, lending, structured products, DEXes).
- Expand stETH Presence on Ethereum L2s.
- Work closely with the Liquidity workstream to ensure optimal stETH liquidity across the Mainnet and L2s.
- Work closely with the Protocol Relations workstream to grow ETH Staking Inflows.
- Ensure integrations with Wallets and Exchanges to enable optimal infrastructure coverage.
- Assess and filter out low-value opportunities while identifying and leveraging high-impact initiatives within the DeFi and cross-chain ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within the DeFi or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, L2s, and wider Ethereum Ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects to achieve strategic results.
- Fluency in risk assessment and security/compliance management within DeFi ecosystems.
