Description
An independent project supporting the development of the Lido software protocol is seeking a strategic service provider to consult and lead the Alliance development efforts and the growth of a new Alliance initiative. The contributor will be instrumental in forging partnerships with projects that align with the mission of decentralizing Ethereum staking.

Key Scope
- Develop and execute a complex alliance strategy, including identifying and evaluating potential alliance partners
- Develop relationships with tech incubators, investors, and other sources of acquisition candidates.
- Validate fit for terms, product roadmap, and other criteria
- Manage the full lifecycle of alliance partnerships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with internal contributor groups to ensure smooth integration of alliance partners and maximize synergies
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and inform alliance strategy
- Communicate the value and impact of the Alliance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, partnerships, or strategy roles
- Bonus experience and fluency in the crypto/web3 space
- Deep understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem and staking landscape
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for decentralization
