Description

The Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and driving infrastructure-related initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with DevOps and SecOps workstreams and reports directly to the Head of DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be adept at managing resources.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk assessments.

Collaboration with DevOps and SecOps Teams

Work closely with DevOps and SecOps teams to ensure infrastructure projects align with their needs and objectives.
Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels between teams to address challenges and ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise

Utilize technical knowledge to understand and address project requirements.
Assess and integrate external SaaS solutions into the infrastructure.

Resource Management

Oversee resource allocation and management to ensure optimal utilization of team members and assets.
Identify and mitigate risks related to resource constraints.

External Communication and Collaboration

Serve as the primary point of contact for other service teams.
Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate technical aspects when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure projects.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of DevOps and SecOps practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
English level: B2+
